I am giving an update on the seeding that I did about 2 weeks ago. I am also explaining why I overseeded my KBG with Perennial Ryegrass. I am also explaining why overseeding with Kentucky Bluegrass is not ideal.

This video is so good! Love the discussion about what might not have worked as well/easily as well as what worked. Last year I did a big sand leveling, this year a big kbg overseeding kbg in Fall, and planning a big sand leveling next year-you do what you can each year and hope the next year looks a little better. Inspiring to watch your honest journey and gain advice. Cheers!

Great video Connor. This is a topic I’ve been hoping to hear about for awhile. When you killed off the lawn you kind of surrounded it in a air of mystery. One of your best videos to date. Love the passion! Last fall I over seeded my Bermuda back lawn with perennial rye and it looked amazing and it was simple to do. Over-seed, water and cut. Keep making videos Connor.

Yeah I love your modern farm style house. We live in a 100+ year old farmhouse with board and batten and would love to upgrade someday, and yes your house was definitely the inspiration!! Keep you the hard work man, I love your videos!
