It is time to clean up the backyard and regrade the lot after installing a sewer lateral. I rented a case skid steer and am cleaning up the lot.

Shaping up nicely Connor! A 12' York road rake behind your pickup would prep dirt for seeding. Tom from "Concrete with the Hauses". would put in an awesome stamped concrete patio!

I forgot what state, but it's always been illegal to pump your own gas. The law change and nobody knew how to use the gas pumps.

Ryegrass is calling your name in that leveled section! You should dormant seed a small spot to see if it takes (assuming you don't have any snow covering the area at the moment)

Connor, on that push mower.. pull all the gears out of the rear and it will be a great, light push mower. I had one like that and the gears failed after a couple years and I used it several more years with no self propel.

I sold a Honda Engine on the local classifieds (the one everyone in Utah uses) about a year ago. They're good for $130 or so. People love their Honda's. I'd pull the motor off that mower and sell it, junk the rest.

Harley rake is as a great tool just make sure you rent the one with a bucket so it can catch any rocks or stuff you want out

You need to get in touch with ABI and ask them if they would give you a demo model they have the GPS laser leveling it would be a good fit for that Big Lot in front of the sheshed

Was you shopping in the new WinCo? I haven’t been in there yet. As for your trailer dump I know people who put sprinkler valve boxes over them to hide it from the city but also it helps to protect the pipe in case you drive over it. I knew of a guy who would just open a manhole cover in the middle of road to dump his trailer.
