This seems like a very strange show to have a group like Bad Manners as guests. This version of The Late Late show seems far too straight and mainstream for a punk band like this but I guess any gig was worth doing to promote your latest record. And the presenter pretty much says it. It was one for the kids , and I can imagine most of the Mums and Dads and Grans and Grandads who sat watching that performance were baffled by what they had just witnessed. I long for music as brilliant and fun and rich as this in 2023 all these decades later!
