also forgot to add: u can freeze a rocket on the ground and shoot it with alt shotgun and it works in a similar way, so u can shoot a frozen rocket after its supercharged and get a red explosion

ya i already use it alot and its so fun! i rocket ride in cybergrind and at the endof it i just shoot the rocket onto some enemy and its quite cool. its also there in the "montage" video i posted

Btw, shooting a rocket with a core that's been boosted by the alt shotgun creates an explosion very similar to the malicious railcannon nuke.

One technique I've taken to is what I like to call the PBN. It's where you alt fire the core eject jackhammer then immediately switch to the malicious railcannon and dash during the hitstop. I find it more reliable than regular core nuking. And more thrilling.

Someone on reddit showed you can use the alt weapon to parry four missiles into an enemy (useful against bosses as it requires proper setup).
