Sehr sympathisch finde ich, wie Herr Buschmann keinen Unterschied erkennen lässt, ob er mit dem Barista oder mit dem Verkaufschef spricht. Die Wertschätzung für die Arbeit und die Fähigkeiten anderer Unternehmen ist ebenfalls sehr positiv. Tolle Einblicke in eine sonst eher "verschlossene" Welt des Luxus.
