I don't know what I'm doing wrong with this. I'm stuck at 75%. I pour concrete in the hole, but nothing happens. It doesn't fill the meter and doesn't drain the concrete mixer.

Rather than moving or swinging the drill to pick up the second can. I utilize the boom on my flatbed to pickup and place the second can.

OMG, thank you! I ended up skipping that step on the bridge mission because the game doesn't explain the bring down the main part of the drill, only extending with R to drill down.

Thanks for this .. But that damn drill us bugged af. First time i tried it it stopped at 3/4 of the drilling and refused to do anything more (dent release the pipe when at full depth). And Literally right now game want let me drop the pipe/tube/can/case whatever in the green area claiming the DRILL is in the way (yes, its the right pipe part). (isn't it great we cant do ANY rebind using a controller?) Awesome.

It is easier to align the arrow with the green marker and another question is, can it be somehow transferred to the transport position, except by loading it on a trawl? In the 15th version of the game, there was such an opportunity.

Usually we drill, we install the required reinforcement, and finally we fill the hole with concrete. It's extremely rare to use a steel tube that remains in place after the construction (concrete filled tubular steel pile), as it will result an insane construction cost. (in most of the cases we need a lot of boreholes to found a structure). A couple of things that I really don't like: a) the fact that the equipment doesn't get dirty (come one!!) b) usually the excavation is muddy, but no in the sim, c) it seems that it gets dark too soon. In residential projects it's kind rare to work in the middle of the night. Within residential areas you simply can't for obvious reasons..

Both of my holes are dug, both at 75% and the concrete just won't fill the hole. Tried two different trucks. Really don't want to reset. May try the pump first.

Pretty realistic game, falling down the hole and stuff while in a rush to jump over 🙂

The only thing that changed really between the CS2015 and the new CS version was getting the drill ready for transport. Spent way more time that I'd care to mention trying to find how to lower the boom and get it ready for transport on a trailer. I finally said hell with it and just teleported the machine directly to the work sites and then back to base. Unless someone found a way to do the boom lowering/transport position part, I'll just use teleporting.

they still have some bugs in the game my auger is not working to well it jams up and u have to keep resetting it to get it to work. the same with some of the trailers and tractors

I like to use another Vehicle to place the Drills in place =) *edit: i just found out that you can place the second drill thingy while the bad boy is in the Hole by using an other crane:D

You might as well have done this video as a podcast - I cannot see how what you are saying relates to what you are doing due to your choice of first-person mode. :( This drill has me wanting to throw my controller against the wall ... hard. :( Meanwhile I will try to find a video from a third-person perspective as clearly explained as yours ... I do appreciate the effort, though :(

This is the one piece of equipment that I absolutely can't use properly.

Anyone know how to put it on a trailer? In the manual it says you have to disassemble it.

For some reason my drill starts rotating as soon as I get close to the pipe and thus I cant control it for some reason. Haven't found any settings to change it and it is really annoying as I can't do any drilling.

This is an interesting idea but this is just so so not the way you operate a kelly drilling rig at all in real life. That kelly bar would snap if you tried drilling the auger while driving the casing down (or "can" as you call it) at the same time. Also the casing is left a metre above ground so that the drill rig assistants can put screws in for the next casing. If the previous casing was driven flush to the ground like in the game here before the next was connected that would make zero sense.

I run drill rigs for work and promise the video game is 10 times harder😂
