Weeks 88 and 89 in the ongoing Ⓢ series, which follows the construction of a new 13-story senior living building in San Francisco. This is a #construction #timelapse compilation with time lapses and various closeups at various speeds, from the two-week period of October 4 - 16, 2021, condensing the two weeks' activities into about 30 minutes.
This episode is mostly work in the alley and work on the fin. The fin looks almost done, but I think there's a little more work to do on it (such as the flashing we saw a preview of in the prior episode). However, this is the last fin work we'll see for a long time. Recording has completed for Week 93 (yes, there will be a Week 93), and there has been no further fin work for 4 weeks and counting.
This episode contains some non-construction material, but it is sort of, kinda, related, so it is included. Originally I was going to include Week 90 in this episode, but Week 90 has a lot of crane activity that would have made this episode pretty long, and just seems to stand on its own anyway. There will be a gap before the next episode, because I'll be out of town again. I expect the next episode will be in two weeks, but we'll see.
