Angel Rolls are one of the most beautiful contact staff moves. In this tutorial we'll learn how to do an Angel Roll - a trick where the staff rolls vertically from one hand, down the arm, behind the head and back up the other arm. Some people find this move easy, but if you're like me, it might take you a while to get it down.

Great tutorials, you don't know how helpfull u are for me (fire staff user here :D) Do you have some special proportions like staff lenght to your height or tube diamter which you are following when choosing a staff? I'm thinking about buying one for myself but i don't have possibility to hold one personaly. Cheers!
