Anu Malik is known for being disrespectful and roasting contestants and "Garibi" factor, lol it's better if we don't talk.. showing the poor house of contestants and also other singers in day 1 for no reason lol

Waise to puri duniya ayegi toh sabko le lenge kya? Jubin ne apni mehnat se baad me itna haasil kiya gayiki me sudhar kiya. Waise jo kharab gate hai in sabko bataya jata hai riyaz kijiye aur agle saal fir ayiye. Sabne agar sachme baadme mehnat ki toh woh bhi accha mukaam haasil krenge.

In the early days of Indian Idol, the bar was way low and all kinds of people made it to the second round and even further ahead. Now, it is much tougher even to get past the audition round. It is good for quality singers who get a chance to get ahead.

Yeah but this is the original one and nowadays people have lots of ways to learn anything … also currents seasons of Indian idol is scripted And the songs which contestants sing in the episodes are later on corrected in the studios and then telecasted .. I mean trp is given more importance ( in this competitive world) .. which was not needed in earlier years.. So earlier years always seem innocent and nostalgic and original and less show off That what 90s or older kids relate and adore

This popped up in my suggested videos. Was a nostalgic feeling when Indian music shows were actually about music. Sonu Nigam, Sunidhi and Shreya always judge contestants on the basis of their singing capability. Sonu even interrupted the contestant when he tried to put up an excuse.
