Also patients need to take medication everyday to prevent constipation is not presented. Also patients need to cover up the exit site & to change dressing everyday is not mentioned. All these take up a lot of time everyday. Also in every exchange patients need to check for clear fluid so tt there's no infection. Thus is a constant worry everyday. Also patients feel full the while day so appetite is reduced much. There's no free day in capd. Patients hv to do the exchanges 4 times a day everyday without rest
