This statistics video provides a basic introduction into continuous probability distribution with a focus on solving uniform distribution problems. It explains how to determine the probability density function as well as how to graph it and shade the appropriate region. The probability is equal to the area under the curve. This video explains how to calculate the mean, standard deviation, median and variance. It also discusses how to calculate the value of quartiles and percentiles for uniform distribution problems. It also explains how to calculate the conditional probability in this setting.

For question 2 part f. I did: 1- b-a which is 45-20 and that's 25 2- 25/4 since they are quarters (in the question they asked for the 3rd quarter) which is 6.25 3- 6.25 x 3 which is 18.75 (they asked for the 3rd quarter) 4- 18.75 + 20 to which 38.75 (so basically I added 6.25 to 20, 3 times)

I always find that, once I watch his videos, working on the textbooks problems is like a cake walk. The pause while he is clearing the board can be annoying for some people (I know, the audience can juggle with the fast forward and backward buttons but it is always better without any pause).
