Love it! Very useful webinar. Also: "I am going to stop saying Boom" - Then continues on to list all tests: "Boom boom boom boom boom" :D What a legendary person, absolutely love it!

Thank you Joyce and Trent for this demo. I've learn a lot about API specially the Collection and Jenkins part. Love your enthusiasm to teach and share your knowledge. Just want to ask for some tips and advice on how to ace the job interview I am currently applying for a Tester role wherein the main job is to test API for open banking. I have use postman to explore API (trigger a request to get the response) but not merely using it to create test suite and whatnot.

Thanks for a great video! I don't see "Templates" listed in the interface anymore so I just forked instead. New to Postman so maybe I am missing the obvious?

Nothing you're missing, just that the UI has had quite the overhaul since! Forking is the right way to do it from now. :)

I'm trying to follow along with the tutorial but I was wondering if you could help me understand how to fork or duplicate the environment you're using for the Intro to writing tests - with examples collection? When I initially forked the collection I wasn't provided an environment to work with.

You'll need to go back to the workspace and fork the environment on its own (by finding it in the environment tab, then clicking Fork in the menu)

hello, I am have problem when I testing my apps with newman in ci cd gitlab, which is my API using vpn to request. do you have solution ? at newman running in ci cd gitlab, error in connection timeout when request my API

Can I get Postman API collection in github to download for using as a testing format?

Here's the Postman API that you can use to retrieve your Postman stuff, like collections: explore.postman.com/api/1590/postman-api If you were asking about backing up your collections in GitHub, there's a paid plan integration for that. Or you can use the Postman API to script your own solution. learning.postman.com/docs/integrations/available-integrations/github/#backing-up-collections-on-github

All cool and dandy, but if you have any kind of UI infront of those API's you don't need to do postman but some E2E, which will test your APIs and UI :D. I guess you guys need to sell something, so more power to you, but most of this is just not needed.
