Original contra game is released at 1987 when Rambo and Commando are popular but they didn't get legal license. Resemblance was just coincidence.

They are. Take a good look at the original Contra posters. Bill looks like Arnold and Lance looks like Stallone.

LOL, I am glad you like it, it is a disappointment for me as all the game does is copy older Contra titles. And not copy them good.

Replayability, my friend... This game has it in spades. It even includes a couch co-op mode, so its multiplayer is not dependent on online servers.

@@dochanhlangtu The 2 hour timemark can only be achieved in a single, perfect playthrough. Consider the many times your character will die in the game. For example, the original Contra (the Arcade game) could be completed in about 15 minutes. It port for the Famicom/NES was slightly longer, mostly due to dividing the last level of the arcade game into 4 different levels, and expanding them. Contra III: The Alien Wars, can be finished in a single playthrough lasting a bit more than half an hour. Apart from having a longer playtime, it also has more replayability. There's the story mode (you can play solo or with another player, through local co-op), the arcade mode (up to 4 players, you have to advance through the same levels as in the story mode, but, there are no cutscenes or other story elements, and enemy patterns and attacks, according to what I have seen, are different than in the story mode) and lastly, a challenge mode. There's a rooster of 10 playable characters, although you start the game with Bill and Lance, and the rest can be unlocked either as the story pass, or by reaching certain goals. Apart from the soundtrack composed by Norihiko Hibino and Yuko Komiyama, there's a second soundtrack, called "Retro Remix". And you can also get music from different Konami titles, either by loading a save file from the Contra, Castlevania or Arcade Anniversary Collections, or completing certain tasks. There's even almost all the music from Contra 4, by Wayforward.
