It's a nice video but the "do you want food for your money" is an invitation to offer. The offer is made when the buyer gives the money.

It depends upon how facts are presented, it's an unconditional offer. It's specific as to your money. It's not to the world but to the person in front. If it was a shop and he was selling food. It would be an invitation to come and make an offer. In this scenario, an offer would be made when he offers to pay x money for food.

@laduena.official When you sign an application for a loan they securitize it and sell it on the market for money. They make money off of your signature.
