I dont understand why Contractor rate of Ground floor is same as the rate of first floor ... if rate of Ground floor is 2000 rssqft then rate for first floor should be about 1600-1700 , Because there is no any foundation or footing required in upper part . Please guide ????

ठीकेदार का रेट पटना देहात में 120₹/sq fit से लेकर 140₹/sq fit है।दूसरे फ्लोर का ठीकेदारी रेट 90₹से 100₹/sq fit के हिसाब से घर का छत ग्राउंड और सीढ़ी ढाल कर देगा।पाइलिंग भी ठीकेदार ही करेगा।
