In this video, we're painting Treebeard, the Mighty Ent! As well as two very small creatures that may or may not be Orcs. I had a lot of fun painting these three (well, five) up and they've been a refreshing change from Space Marines!

wow !! I would never be able to figure out what paints to use to do this intil I see someone do it. you take contrast to the next level and doing it in a way that other painters can achieve to. THANK YOU!

I have been really enjoying your videos. I started painting Age of Sigmar models a few months ago and I really enjoy it. Your videos have been very helpful in helping me understand color theory and to learn how to paint. I have to ask, where do you get the music in this video from? It is perfect music to paint to.

Hey man, great videos! I’ve been using your vids to help paint my death watch army. I don’t have much time to paint atm so I’m looking for ways to cut a bit of time. Do you think replacing the leviathan blue contrast base and grey seer undercoat with a mcgragge blue undercoat would have the same effect when black Templar is applied?

There’s no reason why it wouldn’t no. The only thing you might run into is that the edges don’t show up as prominently and the recesses aren’t as defined but if I’m honest I’ve not tested it so I couldn’t give a definitive answer. The theory is sound though!
