I am not an experienced umpire, but from my experience watching reviews and after watching the play at .25 speed, I can come to the conclusion that Allen's hand reached the base just a fraction of a second before Shortsy's glove reached. The runner is safe.

15 minutes in and it's been a great game. Jasmine had a great catch, and considering that Bobby had the power line-up Jeff's team has been on point so far. Red Shorts whenever he's on Benny's or a fill-in captain he hits like a beast. On Bobby's team not so much....lol.
