Once again awesome stuff. I want to add your videos were instrumental in me landing my first clients a few years back. I know the videos are focused on DIY but many small businesses simply don't have the time, patience etc and are willing to shell out $ for someone to do it for them (just like me when I need home repairs ); your videos helped me launch a nice side hustle that I'm passionate about. Years ago your videos got me into web development. I ended up loving it and pursuing computer science in college all while being a wordpress freelancer. Now I make full stack webapps for fun and am about to do it for a living. I would have never discovered my love for development without you!

Yes, he is great just like Darrell Wilson .... but both guys are just too fast and i have to keep replaying. The most difficult part is when they click on a button or anything. Move so fast i cant see what is being clicked on. HOWEVER, everything needed is in this video, i just need to replay parts as needed and take notes. Thank you sir.

Also, in my opinion i made a big mistake trying the Astra theme with the "tech startup" starter template. It is a great theme and a great template, truly, but i think it is wrong for a beginner to start with them. They are so good and full of so much stuff, but you don't as a beginner know what the parts are called to edit them or how they work together. Im going to make my site from scratch by following this guy's video. Sorry Darrell ... LOL. Just kidding, he is great too.

Great help, Tyler. I used to develop online software but had started out with building web pages back in the 90s, all by hand of course. As I retired about 11 years ago I haven't kept up with technology in the least so glad to have a helping hand back into putting a site together for some friends. Thank you Tyler. I have completed 3 of your lessons on blogging, online store and website building with WordPress and Elementor. What a joy to go through. For the first time, I now understand the 'mechanics' of building a website using WordPress and Elementor, step-by-step. I have built 2 websites and working on the 3rd one. I have tried many service providers before but none could do exactly what I needed and that is why I decided to search for the best ways to learn how to do it myself. I could have saved a lot of money if I started with you earlier, but it's never too late to start all over again by doing it myself or being able to give proper instructions to service providers. This tutorial was amazing! Thank you for taking the time to create it. I’ve hired out for other websites but have never been very happy with the results (partially because we never paid an arm and a leg for the work). I’ve finally decided to hunker down and start working on them myself. I’ve learned a lot in this tutorial alone and look forward to watching your other videos and applying the knowledge you share. Thank you again for breaking things down into easy and actionable steps!! Great pace and entertaining as well. I actually had to slow down the playback at times (vs. the 2x playback speed necessary for most KZfaq videos in this genre)

Absolutely great video. I love how easy to understand you made everything. There is one snag I hit though when following along to create my own website. Dealing with configuring the DNS servers for the website through hostgator is something I wish was included in this video. Apart from that, incredible, valuable, and useful content!

First off, I cannot thank you enough! You explain things so well and make it all so easy. I have one website that a web developer more or less made me work with him side by side (online) so that the website would be just what I wanted. What an experience. I have wanted to build a website for my new business but haven't been able to find anyone who would work with me like the previous one. Not being that tech savvy, I found WP daunting. Last week I bit the bullet, did a search on building a WP website and saw your video. "I'm a Believer" as the song goes! THANK YOU!! THANK YOU! I was about 2/3 of the way of your 2021 video when you launched this one. I'd like to start over using this theme. How do I go about that? I don 't mind as I'm not in a rush and I feel the practice will pay off in the long run. Thanks in advance!

Thank you for watching!! Super happy this is helpful to you! You should simply be able to go to your Dashboard, then Appearance > Starter Templates and import a new website. Make sure at the last step (the one with many checkmarks), you have the box checked to "remove old templates and install new one" or something like that. Alternatively, you can reset your WordPress site to default using a plugin such as WP Reset - and then start again from scratch at the 9 minute mark in this video. But the first option usually works well :) then you can double-check your Pages, Posts, and Plugins to make sure you don't have remaining pages from your previous edits that you no longer need. I was waiting for your tutorial. In your last tutorial comment section, you promised to come up with a new tutorial within the first week of January 2022. You also promised me a DIVI tutorial last year within the month of January 2022. Though I am good at making websites using the DIVI theme, I want to learn directly from you. You are the one and only WP GURU because of whom million people like me have fallen in love with WordPress. It will be an honor to learn about DIVI from the greatest WordPress GURU. I actually am a bit partial to DIVI though I love ASTRA and Elementro too. Thanks for your contribution to the community. My request to you is to please try to be more active on your channel without your guidance people will be deceived by all the other so-called fake GURUS.

I spent so many months trying to learn code to make a website work on all platforms. Now I know it was always there ready for me to use. I still can't remember all the coding and now I am using WordPress. Thank you. WOOOW, I've been scared of creating a site for so long. Meanwhile, didn't want to pay so much for developers. If you use WordPress.com then you need to upgrade to a business plan in order to install additional themes and plugins but if you use any other hosting like HostGator then you have access to all the free themes and plugins.

I was spending more time looking for an affordable developer, working/writing out the details and actually just praying( and searching) for some advice.
