He is a very intelligent and competent leader whose policies are based on developing the Country according to modern international trends. His ultimate aim is to make Sri Lanka a developed Country where the people would have money to live comfortably. Unfortunately political rivals don't allow him to do that because their political ambitions will get hurt. His value will be appreciated only when he is dead.

One of the very few policy oriented politicians in SL, if not the only one. A man with tactics and a broad vision. Due to the unfortunate situation in the country with war drums playing, we always had to give the chance to the 'warrior' class aka Mahinda Rajapaksha, including me, but in 2015, I gave this guy a chance and despite the 'mud sligning' he really gave something to the country, so I am happy for him. If we are to pursue a strong tactical economic policy at least for 10 years, we need someone like Ranil or one with his capacity. The nationlist warrior drums don't play any longer . and the red Socialist bells don't ring too.. they are just loud noise, not producing any sustainable results.

Dear Kishani Akka, You can do an interview with any other world leader including Trump,Putin or Modi after doing an interview with Ranil Wickremesinghe!

He is one of thebest politicians this country has ever seen. He has a depth of knowledge about all trades. But because of his true nature majority of our people figured him wrongly. He has never robbed people's money. Like true love sometimes stays deep until the right moment arises. Late President JR's wise decisions and plans we passed so many decades with a steady economy. But the successors ruined it by misusing powers. Today the country is having a huge debt against its economic growth. Economic growth is like planting a tree. You must wait patiently until it bares fruit. Our people want instant result. Which is wrong in the economic theory. Empty vessels make noise is the correct example for current politics.

Probably the most highly educated and knowledgeable politician.Sri Lanka can still make use of him to build our economy. The thuggery politics in SL doesn't suit him.
