Jens fangirling about Kate Mulgrew was so cute...btw, you can clearly see how much she's passionate about her job and that's what Kate ment when saying "don't do it if you can't live without it" Taylor deserves every compliment she gets about her acting and I love her even more as a person 'cause she's so down to earth and shy about it.

39:17 what the casting director Jen said about Taylor, so on point and because that's what i felt when i was watching the show, Taylor's got everything and the whole package; she's a really brilliant actress and i heart her so much!

Taylor looked so genuinely shocked by the praise from both Kate and Jen which is the truth really.She is so naturally talented and still manages to stay very humble too.It's a real headscratcher that the SAG did not recognize her work with a nomination this year.

Jen Euston is such an underrated part of this show, imo she deserves as much recognition as all of these brilliant actresses! Takes a tremendous amount of skill to cast as well as her.
