Can you have enough Converse? I lost count of how many pairs I have purchased! This new one is slightly different; the Converse Chuck Taylor All-Star City Trek has a Cordura upper and a more durable outsole that is better under bad weather conditions. I love that the Cordura fabric is water repellent, so I can wear them out even when it rains, and I don't have to worry about rain soaking through my shoes. The color of this pair is Cosmic Turtle/Tawny Owl, I am not sure I can understand how Converse labels their colors lol

They are probably not fully waterproof, but should be ok in light rain

Why the heck did they make these water resistant versions when they made a bunch of Waterproof leather versions?

I think the leather version may have some thicker padding. These are a little lighter. I am sure they just make many versions so that we can buy them all 😂
