That's probably the regular Chuck Taylor All Stars, the sole actually has felt in it that allows Converse to reduce import fees. Those are not present with this model (Chuck 70s).

Yes, thats probably not the 70s model, i bought reguler chucks in 2013 it was good, and then i bought another one in 2017 but it was feels like converse has low quality shoes, and i bought the 70s and yes its different, feels like the old days converse. You will never comeback to the reguler chucks after wear the 70s. Or maybe you can get the japan made converse, they had the highest quality i think, almost like the USA made converse.

@@0zone247 yeah for Christmas I got a pair of those mid cut converse you are talking about. I have noticed they are much more slippery than my Chuck 70s and my all stars, I wonder what material they used for the soles of those ones because there is no way it’s the same
