The Evenflo does not recline in forward facing mode and the video is unclear if the Chico convertible seat does. This is important.

He said the Chico does. The Evenflo does not recline at all in forward facing. Only in rear facing. I have it and it would have been a deal breaker but I went to a store and most forward facing reclines are minimal and based on your whether your car seat reclines.
