Thank you sooo much for this man I’ve been wanting to do this to my 04 and now I know what to expect just kind of scared about going k swap and doing k tuned or hondata and how all that works I’ve been watching a lot of videos and just don’t want to start and not be able to finish and hoping I could do everything for around 8k

It's definitely bent. Look at it spinning at 18:40, at the front especially
