Pls help! How to back outline text to simple text?

The only way to go back to text is to undo. If you can't undo, then you can't go back to text after you have converted to Outlines.

I assumed, but I'm sure that the way because I sent a second go deals with graphics and changed very fast text outlines that was perhaps an accessory
