Looks to me like the barge sides are too shallow for the material to ‘flow’ . It might have been on too long, got wet, set up a bit. Explains why some of the braces look a little dinged up.

I wonder if it's any faster using the excavator. Might be a tie as the men are pretty efficient at unloading the coal.

It loses all its relaxation effects when you take out the people unloading and are not able to watch the pile slowly fall via gravity.

who takes a 95% efficient digging tool and turn it into a 5% efficient pushing tool. The operator is not bright. this is like having a hammer and trying to tighten screws with it. Use it for what it is best at digging.
