Challah Recipe :
Recipe:
5lb all purpose flour
5 and a 1/2 cups water
1 cup sugar
1 cup oil
2 tbsp salt
4 tbsp yeast
Bake at 350F for 30 minutes.
Zucchini Pancakes:
1 zucchini Shredded
2 egg
1/4 cup APF
S/p
Bake in 350F oven for 20 minutes.
Spread garlic mayo dip.
Dip Recipe:
1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
Dill
S/P
2 crushed garlic cloves
Deviled Eggs:
Hard boil eggs, slice in half scoop out yolk.
Smash yolk with garlic dill, mayo and s/p. Place a tsp into each egg.
Puff pastry chicken :
Sauté onions with precooked chicken.
Baste puff pastry with mustard, add chicken.
Close up and design pastry.
Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
Bbq salmon cups marinade:
2 tsp teriyaki sauce
3 tsp sesame oil
1/2 cup bbq sauce
Bake at 350F for 10 minutes.

@@claudiathatcher5342 he suffers from BiPolar so saying he is crazy would not only be out of line but very judgemental by you as a Catholic. I agree his rhetoric is out there and can be harmful but he has a pattern of this behavior and it probably has to do with the mania part of his Bipolar disorder. We should pray for him to have healing and guidance from the Lord so that he can understand his behavior and get on the right path.

I am Lutheran and a black woman. I so enjoy you channel and your awesome way you run your household. It is so enlightening and some of your dishes remind me of what my grandmother and mom would make for my step- grandfather, who was Jewish. Unfortunately we live in a world of hate and intolerance and racism. It is not new. It was just given permission to come fully into the light. Kanye, even though he has issues, has no excuse to spew that hate and neither does anyone else that speaks ill against any race, culture, religion or gender. We are living in a world that is dying and evil and hate are all around us. We must remain prayerful and faithful.

Oh, Sonia, I'm a Catholic and I have always looked up to our Jewish brothers and sisters as the Late Pope St. John Paull called our big brothers! In my mind Cristianity is forever linked to the Jewish Religion! Christ was born into a Jewish Family and through Him, we became God's adopted children! I feel happy when I sing the Psalm: " Happy the People, the Lord has chosen to be His own", and I always think of Jewish brothers and sisters to be the chosen ones! I can't understand why anybody would hate Jews so much as Hitler did!! But to hear that someone like Kanye West was making anti-semitic remarks shocks me profoundly! I stopped watching the news because they are biased and dishonest! But you were so gracious and kind, spreading love, instead of lowering yourself to his level! As a unitarian Christian - I actually cried hearing his words of hate - pls know u and yours r so loved and appreciated as is your entire community- diversity makes us great while division makes us fall - may we always stand together as one - unitarians have 7 principles of which the first is - the inherent worth and dignity of every human being and yet when it comes to people like Mr West I have to wonder and continue to try and leave him to God asking that his heart be changed but in the meantime - u and urs r not alone!

I couldn't agree more about the media's role in spreading division and hate. Politicians on both sides of the aisle will use the narrative for their agenda. Stay aware stay safe. On the whole, I believe as a society, we are better than this. I believe we are more unified and tolerant than this.

Unfortunately, history shows us that the humans alive now are just the same as in the 1930's. Same DNA. The difference now, though, is that we have better laws, and better ways to communicate. In Venezuela and China? Not so much. I live in Marjorie Taylor Greens district in rural Georgia, and I'm often afraid. All we can do is be loving, giving and forgiving people, vote wisely, and pray. Miss. Sonya hope you are well! You spoke words of wisdom. There is so much hate out there, and I don't understand the hate for another human that has not done any harm to you. The hate being spewed at the Jewish community is disgusting. I hate that Jewish people are having to endure these hateful acts! Every one will have to face God one day for their actions!! I am in the LGBTQ+ community, and understand. I constantly worry for my safety as well as my husband's, I feel I have to always look over our shoulders, especially living in Alabama. Sonja, I too am a Catholic a Christian, as someone else on an earlier post mentioned. Your videos bring me a great deal of Peace and comfort somehow. My husband does all the cooking, because he is retired and I am not but mostly he just enjoys cooking so I don't cook much. Even so, watching you in the kitchen brings me the Peace of God!!! Sonja! I made three of your dishes for my shabbos meals this shabbos and they got great reviews. I made the truffle salmon, the pomergranite chicken with figs from Fleishig magazines Sukkot issue and your stuffed vegetables dish. I used ground chicken and it came out amazing! As a Jewish person myself comments like Kanye's really have me on edge a bit but I really, really try to find a balance with genuine concerns and not letting it consume me and live my life (grateful I have therapy in a few days lol). Also those potatoes look wonderful and are making me hungry

Firstly, love your recipes here, esp eggplant and pancakes. Oh heck...the chicken roll up too. Lol....all yum!! Love when the kids help...great family traditions. Secondly, I am glad you addressed the KW stuff. It's called freedom of speech to address. I have not heard the rants..but to be honest...I consider the source.....not a stable individual. Unfortunately too many "humans " out there with misguided lives I think...it all starts at home....if a kid doesn't have that, well....I feel it's up to we smart adults to guide them. Change will not happen overnight. I see it daily, as we all do. Shalom friend!!
