ingredients for 5 to 6 people:
olive oil
an onion
2 cloves garlic
1 green pepper
1 red pepper
1 yellow pepper
20 cl of tomato puree
350 g chicken fillets
330 g long grain rice
salt, black pepper, paprika, cumin, curry
for the spices I use about a level teaspoon of each spice except for the paprika I put a full teaspoon
