Today is an ordinary day. Daily routines started with a simple breakfast. As I am the one who do the daily cooking everyday, there are times that I feel like I don't know what to prepare for breakfast. Same goes for lunch and dinner. Amazingly, I still manage to bring food to the table every meal. Maybe that's the power of being a mother. Most mother like me has the power to think beyond the range of our limitations.
I prepared toasted bread and eggs for breakfast. Pork shanghai and sautéed ground pork for lunch. These simple recipes are easy to prepare.
