Looks good; always enjoy your CWMs; next time you think you have too much meat--freeze the extr in crumbles on a cookie sheet, place in bag or container in freezer when frozen. Next time you want a quick snack/meal, add meat and salsa/picante sauce to your cheese dip and have chili con queso in the microwave in a few minutes.

That looks good you could try just tearing off a smaller piece of tortilla for covering the middle next time. I think jalapenos would be really good in it. I had meatloaf on Tuesday which was leftovers from Monday night. Went to a free concert outside in a park and seen the Bloose Brothers band, there from Chicago they do all the Blues Brothers music, so good. I loved it Oh your younger the Blues brothers use to be on SNL like back in the day. It was John Belushi and Dan Aykroid they did it for a joke and then it blew up. Anyway I will try this recipe and try making it healthy like cause I have issues with my arteries not sure how to make cheese healthy Lol.❤

Tiff, you can just put the butter on a butter dish, take the butter wrapper and spread the excess all around the pan instead of melting a whole stick of butter. then just melt a tiny bit to drizzle on top. Its like MEXICAN LASAGNA!
