Sister Flo, I must admit that most of our young wives does not know,care or ready to learn your style of cooking with those little details which is important in cooking our Nigerian food. They cook what is sweet and not what is healthy. This is the way to cook real Egwusi soup. Thanks for the video, I know it's been 3years and I am going to start following you.

I have been following you for a while… the building project was more interesting - thank you for those blogs - very honest and open and refreshing to see your journey. As a Ghanaian we cook egusi the traditional way - you know the onion/tomatoes/spices/meat/egyobut today after months I tried this method and if not the fact that my stomach had no space I would have finished the pot!!!
