This pancake looks like the pancake that we commonly make in Tanzania, except for the pepper 😅! I had one Nigeria friend and also told me she don’t know about this

In Jamaica we called this fritters and we put salt fish inside it .. I guess you guys do things different normally we don't add anything to our pancake..I always like watching your videos all the way from Jamaica 🇯🇲🇯🇲🇯🇲
