Hello everyone hope you guys doing well by God grace.
Here are the Ingredients of my pork hock light soup with seafood and fufu.
2kg pork hocks
1 kg goat tripe
1kg chicken giblets
3 red capsicum
6 fresh tomatoes
1 onga seasoning powder
4 onga shrimp maggi cubes
1 tbsp fish powder
1 tbsp shrimp powder
Fresh prawns 3
Fresh crabs 4
1tsp salt but add as you go
Fresh snipped fish 2
1 whole garlic
2 onions
Dry fish fillets
1 habanero peppers
Bay leaves 2
Pepper soup leaves
Home made mixed spices 1tsp
FOR the fufu
Mixed fufu powder, that is
Poundo yam powder and plantain powder mixed together
3 heaping cups of that
Hot water
