Below are the ingredients you will need to cook along with me...
Ingredients:
45g Digestive Biscuits
20g Melted Butter
1 Large Egg (Separated)
115g Full-Fat Cream Cheese
1tbsp Runny Honey
1tsp Vanilla Extract
1tsp Cornflour
TOPPING - Whatever you like...I used Mini Eggs and Daim Bar! You could also use some fruit ;)
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 170C/150C Fan/Gas 3
2. Crush biscuits into fine crumbs
3. Stir in melted butter and mix well
4. Divide Mixture into 2x150ml ramekins
5. Whisk Egg Whites in a clean bowl until they hold their shape
6. In a separate bowl, whisk the cream cheese, honey, egg yolk, cornflour and vanilla extract together until smooth
7. Add half of the egg whites to the cream cheese mixture and fold in
8. Add other half and fold in
9. Divide mixture into the two ramekins
10. Put the ramekins on a baking tray and cook for 30 mins
11. Once cooked, leave to cool for 10 mins
12. Add some treats to the top, either some chocolate or fruit!
