Glad I'm not the only one. It's burn out. It's real. Doesn't matter if we work out the house or in the house. It affects us all at some point. It's important to make time for ourselves to relax and wind down. Can't keep running forever without a rest stop.

Salam babe Second day you’ve been on a downer hun. I know with the bird being unwell it’s effecting you but have faith inshallah if Allah wills he will recover and if not he will be in a better place and allah will stop his suffering inshallah. Just wanna give you a hug hun. I get like that sometimes too. Non stop cleaning and cooking you just get fed up. I’m glad you went for a drive.
