For fish try rubbing it in flour before deep frying. It won't stick.

Hey Betty, next time let the fish dry/drain well after cleaning that way they'll fry so well and won't stick. Otherwise good job!

If you want fish or anything else not to stick to your pan. Just place pan on the stove. With no oil. Let it get hot like for one and a half minutes so that it may oxidize. And you can put oil. And cook anything you want without sticking. Cook fried eggs without sticking etc. 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
