I literally didn’t know what anxiety felt like as an emotion until I was 19 because of a boyfriend. You’d think when “anxious” was on all of those mood board things as a kid in all the counseling offices they would actually explain what the emotions are.

I don't think anyone will every fully understand how much GMM has meant to me through quarantine. In a very hectic time is so comforting to have a constant to look forward to. 15 minutes where all you have to think about is how weird something is going to taste or act. My Kitchen Science class and I did a game called "Will It Waffle?" We threw food into a waffle iron and then ate it afterwords to see if it worked. You guys should try it
