Cookies and Chocolate Ganache are the perfect combination
Dough:
Butter 70 g.
Eggs 1 pc.
Sugar 45 g.
Salt 1 g.
Flour 150 g.
Corn starch 10 g.
Ganache:
Chocolate 150 g.
Cream 100 g.
Beat the butter with a mixer together with the sugar. Add the egg and mix a little with a mixer. Sift flour, salt and starch through a sieve and knead the dough. Roll out the resulting dough on parchment paper and place in the refrigerator for 10 minutes. Take out the dough and cut into a cookie shape. Place on parchment paper and place in the oven, preheated to 170'C for 15-20 minutes. Cool the cookies. For the filling, melt the chocolate in the microwave and pour into the cream. Stir until smooth. Place the filling in a pastry bag and let it sit for a while. Place the filling on the cookies and set aside for 30 minutes for the filling to harden. Dessert is ready.
