Our last husband we had to drag 6 full sz trees down the attic stairs. Our house now has a walk in attic, life changing! (My husband called them body bags 😆)

You two are so funny. Reminds me of the old days with my husband and our christmases. He tried to pretend he loved decorating but he really didn’t. Now we’ve been married 52 years and he doesn’t want to do the whole thing anymore. He says I burnt him out. Lol it’s funny to me. You can lift your thee on something and it will look bigger and fill the room better. Love you kids❣️

His reaction when you asked him to help decorate the tree! Have you thought of elevating the tree on something like a box (covered with a tree skirt etc) to give it some height? The flocked tree is very cozy!

Every time I watch you two I feel like I’m watching a sitcom. My hubby hears me laughing and asks what’s on… I say it’s The Bunkys. Then he walks in and sees it’s on KZfaq!! You both just make me smile with your wit and infectious laugh. Love the recipe! And love all your decorations so far. I am also a Spode collector. Some inherited and some from friends and relatives! Love it!!!Nothing like a meal or a cup of coffee or wine from a Spode piece. Cannot wait until next video! Enjoy the weekend!

This year I chose a smaller tree (5’) but I used a 2’ long piece of pvc pipe as an adapter between the bottom piece of tree “trunk” and the tree stand. It makes the tree taller and the branches aren’t 6” from the floor anymore. I then just wrapped the new taller trunk with old rope I had with my tools. Others have put the tree up on a small side table or ottoman to have it taller.

I LOVE the little village on your hutch!! We started displaying our Christmas Village on an Old Green Ladder, so the village has several different levels :) We just kept adding to our village and eventually did NOT have a space big enough to display it!! BUT I really love it set up on our ladder :) I LOVE watching you and Bunky, ya;ll are so CUTe AND remind me so much of my husband and my self!

OK you know you watch too many videos - please somebody else tell me I’m not the only one who does this - you’re watching the preview and you like it and save it to your favourites and then just sit back and watch because you know you’re going to enjoy it. That spaghetti casserole thing? I don’t even know what it is yet I just know I’m making it this weekend!

My ideas for your tree...1.) You could get a tub for it to sit on and then wrap a skirt around the bottom. 2.) Check the after Christmas sales for a Larger Flocked tree for next year!

Jessica!!!!! Put your tree on a large wood box and cover the box with an old quilt. It will be your tree skirt. It also gives more room for gifts. Loved this video

Love the hutch!!! If you want it taller in that space, you could add like cardboard under it and cover with fake snow to add height.

I made this tonight. I added a bag of spinach right in with the last minute of pasta cooking. I also Diced up an orange pepper just to get some more veggies in. I didn’t have cream cheese so I used some ricotta. I am now in the waiting process but it smells so good.

The car name's hehehehe Pearl and Tammy, and here I thought I was silly naming ours Baby Blue since it's like a light Blue Sky color. My family loves that dish. We add some mixed vegetables and chopped up bacon in ours. Delicious… I’m making it for dinner tonight… thanks guys! Also, your Holiday decor looks beautiful. Oh, and you can buy can’s of tree flocking and spray your big tree. My husband and I do that every year on our real tree and we love how it looks. Thanks for sharing.🎅🏼🎄🧑🏼🎄

If you use the flocking in the spray can, it’s just like spray painting. Not hard to do. I do highly recommend to do it outside for it does make a mess. We do a light dusting, but I could imagine that you could get a heavy coat with more can’s and concentrating on each individual branch. If you do it, it would make a great video idea. Just a thought.😊

Put a big basket under the tree one that the legs can sit on, and put a beautiful throw around the base of the tree. It ads lots of height, and it looks so beautiful and cozy.
