Watching you guys cook, kahit na I'm just a beginner in the kitchen and I barely explored cooking Filipino foods yet, makes me really hyped by how much I can learn with how you guys move and think. Kahit na hindi instructional video to, yung naiisip nyong flavor combinations, maximizing the incorporation of maillard reaction to its fullest potential, and some wacky cooking techniques (especially that kangkong steaming) is super nakakainspire. When I started trying to learn to cook this pandemic, I was always interested in experimenting stuff, and seeing your videos lets me know that I am in the right path of learning. Nakakainspire po kayong lahat. Do not falter and keep up whatever you are doing in revolutionizing our food. Filipino food forward talaga.

That was epic! What a feast! Also I totally agree on that Japanese carbon steel. It is basically the only pan I use now along with cast iron, and stainless steel for the acidic stuff. Anyways, you all make a great team. Hoping for more collabs to come. 👍🏽
