EASY, magical, delicious redfish recipe. Blackened redfish on the half shell (skin and scales left on).
All you need is:
Redfish filets
Olive Oil
Chef Paul Prudhomme Blackened Redfish Magic Seasoning
(Can also use Tony Chachere's Creole Seasoning. Has a little more heat than Redfish Magic)
Butter
I cook in a cast iron skillet on a Big Green Egg. You can use any grill/smoker. Or an oven.
It's super-simple, and delicious!
