PS, the potatoes in Spain are far more delicious than US potatoes. That’s what make the omelettes so tasty.

Hmm....Did he mean samosas? Or chapatis? Samosas have a filling. Chapati is type of flat bread. This was so great to listen to.

9:58 he means samosa (Indian starter which is a triangle shaped pastry filled with meat/veg/spices) Chipatti is similar to a very fine flatbread/tortilla/wrap He has mixed them up but I can see how😁
