Doing our own Masterchef challenge 😆 Our favorite Miss Nepal Zenisha di joins us for this challenge where she gives us an unknown dish we need to prepare in 40minutes. The dish is then judged on the basis of presentation and taste. Guess who wins?

To make carbonara Boil water add salt and put the pasta boil the pasta till its al dente stage strain the pasta keep a side Make white sauce Heat the pan add equal quantity of butter and flour add milk Stair untill its thick . Keep it side Heat the pan add butter after melting add chopped garlic sdd bacon after sautéed bacin add white sauce or cream add some salt and black pepper add Parmesan cheese add the pasta and then toss it at last close the gas add egg york and then stair it properlyand serve it 😂😂😅😅🤣🤣😀😀😃😃

That's how you make white sauce pasta, not carbonara

@@ujjwaltamu pour the mixture of egg yolk, cheese and black pepper in the pasta in medium heat while sprinkling water so that your eggs don't get scrambled. That's how the creamy texture is prepared

Since i am learning cook i just learn spaghetti carbonara i say myself it is easy recipe Spaghetti 80 _100 gm Bacon_ 40 gm Egg yolk _1 no Cream _30 ml Parmesan cheese _30 gm Onion _1 no Chop garlic _1 tbsp Oil or butter_ 2 tbsp Salt and pepper _to taste Chop parsley _for garnish go for it ❣️❣️
