Got teary eyed watching this video! Thank you so much Chef JP/Sarsa and PAL for giving back and honoring these hardworking employees. Indeed, even the simplest meal would truly make a mark in a person's heart and memory. I believe one of the objectives is to inspire and motivate people to pay it forward regardless how big or small the gesture is and it really pierced through me. It just goes to show that with sincere intentions and collaboration, plans and manifestations will turn into a beautiful reality. Kudos to the whole team!

My dad retired from PAL after 35+ years of service. I remember this hangar in the 90s, where a couple of old Cesna 2 seater training planes were parked. What a great event chef…I have always loved planes too every since a little boy as my dad was a pilot and we use to travel during the summer in our plan. Great memories - only regret is that I didn’t pursue my license also. You have a great heart doing these types of cooking events for so many people. Marami, marami salamat to you as well chef JP :)

nakaka-miss gawin yan - first dibs sa eroplano (A320) after taking delivery from the factory and before commercial use. aviation geek here who was fortunate enough to work in the industry, albeit for PAL's competition HAHA! kada may bagong dating na eroplano (whether Airbus o ATR), we get first dibs sa pagpasok and inspect ng eroplano. and everyday dati, whenever i step out sa likod ng building, kita ko na agad ang T3, runway ng airport complex and planes taxiing. dagdag mo pa yung aural experience - planes flying overhead!
