We need those reminders that being a homemaker and mother is the most important work we can do, honoring God through this worship. Play the worship music and fuel the family- God is working. ✝️ Also- why is instant pot spaghetti so good?!?! I wish I could eat it- it was one of my favorites when I could eat it. Yum!!!

Oh I love making homemade butter! My favourite thing is when the cream is going out of date so I can pick it up so cheap, then I make my butter and freeze it! It’s so handy

When cream is about to go past it’s best date supermarkets sell it off heavily discounted. So I buy it up and make butter super cheap

Thank you so much for sharing this video! I needed the pep talk reminder as I’m sitting here at 4am folding laundry!! I’m going to have to try that garlic oil! It sounds amazing!! I also haven’t tried spaghetti in the IP but I think we’ll have to give it a go next week! So much less cleanup too!! And I think you’ve convinced me to order Jordan’s cookbook (even if just for that breadstick recipe 😊)

I love garlic as well...I will share a recipe with you as well: **** PESTO**** * handful of pine nuts. * two bags of spinach ( or you can use fresh basil) * olive oil * 6 to 7 cloves of garlic , peeled ...or to taste ** in a cast iron skillet lightly toast the pine nuts. Put into a food processor. Add garlic and olive oil... process until smooth then add either spinach or basil .( I prefer basil)...process until smooth. ** store in a jar in the fridge. ( I might be off on my measurements...I usually just eyeball the measurements. This is good on pasta or as a condiment on sandwiches or wraps.

You can make those compound butters and freeze them. You can flash freeze tablespoon butter pieces and then store in a container in the freezer. Pop one out whenever you want 😊

Lovely testimony and it touched my heart. I am a wife and working mother to my beautiful children. I often question my role and whether I am giving my all to my family. I think as mothers generally we are always giving ourselves a hard time whether we stay at home, work from home, work outside the home full time/part time... Whatever we do we always give ourselves a hard time. I go to bed each night and try to reflect on this and how to make each day that little better and keep creating a happy home. I tell my children every day that I love them and I am doing my best to raise them to be kind, caring and happy well-rounded adults. They have food in their bellies, a roof over their head, clothes on their back and love surrounding them. That to me is life! I am not popular and keep my circle small and that to me is my own personal heaven x

Confits is pronounced "conFee" the -t is silent and is only pronounced when there's an -e for feminine nouns, so it becomes "ConfiTE". Feminine in French. The -s is also silent it's only there in written form to signal the plural. So, if you're making only one confit... There's no -s. It means submerged (into a substance or a dough or a tomato!). I so wanted to make biscuits today but I had no milk! Yours look delicious!

My first time here and I love your cooking ideas so much, I am definitely going to be making your vegetable broths. I have one question? what do you do with the vegetables that are left after straining? Do you whip them up and use them or discard? I was just wondering. The meal you made for your family looks delicious. and I so enjoyed your wonderful words of wisdom. I know there are many moms out there like you but do not get the recognition you deserve. What a beautiful way to describe working as unto the Lord ❤ as I get older I am the reverse of stay at home meaning that I am Praying that I can retire soon. As a Wife , Mother and full time employee, I didn’t have the opportunity to stay at home, however the Lord Blessed me throughout the years in my career where my children did not go to daycare, the boys were both born with a congenital heart condition which made it impossible for them to be around others. I have nothing against daycare. Now as I get closer to retirement I know that I still will be working unto the Lord ❤ great recipes and I pray that you feel better ❤️
