I'm a first time viewer and subscriber. So far I'm enjoying your channel. Not to be criticizing you, I have a bit OCD because of my food allergies, why do you not use soap and water after touching raw meat? But you go into the clean drawers and take out clean dishes and rinse them after not washing your hands with soap and water after touching raw meat. That's called cross contamination
