I can't believe a chef not washing his hands after touching raw meat.. cross-contaminating everything!!! SHAME on you!!! What happened to safety in the kitchen?

Everything he touched was later cooked. I see a lot of people use the same tongs throughout the whole cooking process which isn't smart at all. You can use the same knife and block to prep as long as everything is cooked. I don't but it's fine.
