In this video, I am cooking Pizza and Piadina (Italian Sandwich) for ‪@SisanBaniya‬ Dai at The Gardens. The Gardens is a part of Next Fast Food aimed to provide quality food and service in reasonable price at Jhamsikhel. In simple term, it is a hub where you can find your cutting Chai (Tea ) as well as your best cocktail drinks in the bar. I had a great time at the Gardens. When you’re rolling a pizza dough never use maida but use semolina so the dough doesn’t bring heaviness and dryness after baking. Firewood pizza will always taste better and light. Next business idea @susanbaniya let’s talk and make another project and we will get 50% of all the business in that category. i’ve studied the market in that segment and also know that exact food that caters the mass.
