Bulalo is one of my favorite dish in the Philippines I cook almost every week end , popular in Batangas. In cebu city we call it pochero , corn, bamboo shoots or dabong in bisaya and repolyo or petchay, luya mas lalo masarap pag lagyan mo ng beef cubes. Lotuan biyanan mo ng masarap pilipino foods para ma miss ka nila pag umuwi ka sa pinas.
