Welcome to our new series, Cooking The Books! We pick our favorite vegan cookbooks and tell you all about them, then show you how to make some of our favorites. Episode 1 we share one of the greatest cookbooks ever, Isa Does It by Isa Chandra Moskowitz. We make burgers, chickpea scramble, and dumpling stew, all easy, all absolutely delicious.

Well I just may have to break down and get this cookbook. Man did everything look good and yes it made me hungry. Love the Prince magnet. Need it in my life. Great music to go along with the cooking demo and I look forward to the next one. Great job.

I love this! Isa Does It is my favourite Isa cookbook too! We make the yakiudon and the marbled banana bread a lot in this house and the choc chip rosemary cookies are my fave's.
